In July 2026, the world's first sodium-ion battery pure electric mining truck, jointly developed by HiNa Battery Technology Co., Ltd. and Tongli Heavy Industry, was successfully delivered at the Tangshan Sanyou Mine. The sodium-ion mining truck delivered is based on Tongli Heavy Industry's mature 120E series platform and is equipped with the "Starfish" series battery system independently developed by HiNa Battery Technology, with a total battery capacity of 676 kWh.
