On September 9, Smart Energy Week [Autumn] 2026 opened at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. During the exhibition, Sunwoda carried out in-depth exchanges with customers and industry partners around the actual needs of the Japanese market in areas such as transportation and installation, environmental adaptability, operational efficiency, and system safety.

Sunwoda highlighted the 836kWh liquid-cooled energy storage system. With four core advantages—flexible deployment, environmental friendliness and durability, high efficiency and cost reduction, and ultimate safety—this product attracted widespread attention from on-site customers and industry partners.

Energy storage projects in Japan usually face challenges such as strict transportation conditions, limited installation space, and refined construction requirements. In response to these needs, the 836kWh liquid-cooled energy storage system adopts a lightweight design, with the overall unit weight controlled within 8 tons, helping to reduce the difficulty of local transportation, hoisting, and on-site installation. At the same time, the system supports a master-slave architecture configuration and is compatible with PCS from multiple brands, providing greater flexibility for system integration and project scheme design and lowering the threshold for project deployment.

In response to the Japanese market's high standards for environmental impact and equipment durability, the system's operating noise is controlled below 75dB, which can effectively reduce interference with the surrounding environment and better adapt to the environmental protection requirements of application scenarios such as cities and industrial and commercial parks. The product adopts a strengthened structural design, has level 7 seismic resistance, and can be optionally equipped with C4/C5 anti-corrosion coatings to cope with complex environments such as coastal and high-humidity areas and ensure long-term stable operation of the system.

In terms of efficiency and economy, the system reduces land occupation requirements and related infrastructure investment through compact design, and is equipped with high-energy-density cells to improve space utilization efficiency. Its "1+X" expansion mode supports up to 6 units in parallel, allowing flexible capacity expansion according to project scale and energy demand, and adapting to diverse energy storage application scenarios.

In terms of safety, the system is equipped with a multi-level fire protection system and a thermal runaway early warning mechanism, covering key links such as risk identification, early warning, and active protection, providing reliable guarantees for the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Focusing on NoahX 3.0, Sharing the New-Generation Platform-Based Energy Storage Solution

At the exhibition site, Sunwoda also focused on introducing the NoahX 3.0 series liquid-cooled energy storage system to customers and industry partners, sharing the company's latest progress in the new-generation large-capacity cell platform, system integration, and full-lifecycle economics.

The NoahX 3.0 series is built on Sunwoda's self-developed 588Ah large-capacity energy storage cells. Through the platform-based design of key modules such as cells, thermal management, safety protection, and BMS, it further improves product integration efficiency, deployment flexibility, and full-lifecycle economics, and can provide adapted solutions for different capacities, site conditions, and project models.

At the site, Sunwoda simultaneously exhibited 314Ah, 588Ah, and 684Ah energy storage cells. From industrial and commercial energy storage to large-scale energy storage power stations, and from mature mass-produced products to the new-generation large-capacity cell platform, the complete product layout demonstrates Sunwoda's comprehensive capabilities in energy storage cell research and development, intelligent manufacturing, and system adaptation, and can provide diversified technical choices for different markets and application scenarios.
