Leading the New Trend in Zero-Carbon Transportation | CALB Showcases Full-Scenario Product Portfolio at CCVS 2025

Recently, the 2025 China International Commercial Vehicle Show (CCVS) was held at the Wuhan International Expo Center. Under the theme “Core Safety, Extended Journey,” CALB made a major appearance with its full “Extended Journey” product lineup, covering energy solutions for all categories of light and heavy commercial vehicles, attracting widespread attention across the industry.

At this exhibition, CALB systematically showcased its cutting-edge products and technological capabilities across all commercial vehicle scenarios:

• For short-distance transport in specific closed areas such as ports, mines, and steel plants, CALB developed the HL series products, offering single, double, and triple modules covering 120–600 kWh. Supported by a 4-module frame architecture, it breaks through the 800 kWh solution, with an energy density of up to 167 Wh/kg.
• For heavy-duty commercial vehicle long-haul logistics, CALB highlighted the “Extended Journey” GL series ultra-fast charging and long-life solutions. Single packs exceed 150 kWh, supporting continuous 2C fast charging. Using a protective core structure and layered assembly, the weight is reduced by 10%, and volumetric energy density is increased by over 40%. Simultaneously, CALB is developing a 203 kWh underfloor GL single-pack product, achieving a 10-year, 1.5 million km ultra-long lifespan.
• For light truck urban delivery and intercity logistics, the showcased “Extended Journey” light truck battery system focuses on high capacity and long-range advantages. A single pack reaches 134 kWh, significantly improving ground clearance and meeting light truck EKG standards. Additionally, without changing the pack envelope, CALB developed the industry’s largest 176 kWh pack, achieving a total range exceeding 500 km.

Moreover, CALB shared on-site its “Five-Super” battery technology and a keynote on the future of electric power in commercial applications, promoting open collaboration and mutual success, strengthening the industry foundation through innovation.
