In the ternary battery segment, SVOLT introduced its first scalable, mass-producible 6C hybrid solid-liquid superfast charging cell with a capacity of 150+Ah. This cell powers a 120+kWh battery pack, delivering a range of over 750km and an energy density of 233Wh/kg. With an 8C peak fast-charging capability, it can charge from 10% to 80% SOC in just 7 minutes. Leveraging innovations in hybrid solid-liquid structure, the cell reduces thermal runaway risk by 25% and minimizes pressure differentials by 18.5%, achieving significant improvements in both safety and quality control. In the HEV sector, SVOLT unveiled a 5.1kWh high-capacity LFP HEV battery pack designed specifically for the hybrid market. It uses a 16.4Ah cell with an energy density of 130+Wh/kg, a 50C pulse discharge rate, and a cycle life exceeding 40,000 cycles. It delivers stable output in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to 60°C, significantly extending the overall battery lifespan of vehicles.

SVOLT announced a comprehensive upgrade of its four core energy storage products. Targeting the trillion-yuan low-altitude economy, SVOLT launched a 21Ah hybrid solid-liquid eVTOL battery with an energy density of 340Wh/kg, supporting a continuous 5C high-power discharge. It has already completed customer B-sample delivery and installation, overcoming the dual limitations of energy density and aviation safety inherent in traditional liquid batteries, thereby accelerating the commercialization of manned eVTOL aircraft.

In the light electric vehicle sector, SVOLT is targeting both high-end electric motorcycles and two-wheeler battery swapping. It introduced LFP cell solutions covering capacities from 40Ah to 196Ah, with a maximum energy density of 197Wh/kg, supporting a continuous 10C high-rate discharge and a cycle life exceeding 3,000 cycles. Leveraging nano high-rate LFP technology, the AIDC-UPS solution can achieve a continuous 10C high-power output, perfectly suiting the uninterrupted power supply needs of computing power data centers.
