The company introduced two flagship products: the world's largest 59kWh 800V hybrid battery for off-road applications and the cutting-edge BeeFly LFP Blade Battery, available in 6C+800V ultra-fast charging and 15-year/600,000km lifespan versions.

The Off-Road Battery Series represents a technological breakthrough designed specifically for challenging off-road conditions. Featuring fortress-like structural design and innovative materials, the battery incorporates 4-layer horizontal and 8-layer vertical protection with advanced thermal insulation and fireproof coatings, significantly enhancing impact resistance and thermal safety standards.

With exceptional power output and environmental adaptability, the Off-Road Battery achieves an industry-leading operating range of -43°C to 60°C. It delivers 50% more discharge energy and 40% better low-temperature power output at -40°C. The proprietary dual-medium integrated cooling plate technology maintains optimal operating temperatures, ensuring consistent power output even in extreme 40°C desert conditions. The battery also demonstrates remarkable 5C pulse discharge capability at -20°C.

SVolt's third-generation BeeFly LFP Blade Battery integrates multiple industry-leading technologies including super-conductive electrolyte, high-energy electrode materials, composite separators, and thermal composite stacking. This results in an impressive 6C charging capability and 185Wh/kg energy density, achieving 10-80% SOC in just 8.5 minutes. Advanced cathode/anode interface technologies and self-healing electrolyte enable over 5,000 cycles, supporting a 15-year/600,000km lifespan when combined with SVolt's intelligent control algorithms.
