From May 13 to 15, 2026, the 18th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exchange Conference & Exhibition (CIBF2026) was grandly held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. At this year’s exhibition, REPT BATTERO showcased its full-scenario battery product matrix covering energy storage, passenger vehicles, and commercial vehicles, demonstrating the company’s full-stack technological capabilities—from cell materials and structural design to system integration—as well as its industrial achievements in both energy storage and power applications.

REPT BATTERO’s energy storage battery products provide comprehensive coverage from residential energy storage, commercial energy storage to large-scale power stations.

In the residential segment, REPT BATTERO continuously iterates products based on real-world scenarios. It now offers series with 50Ah, 72Ah, and 100Ah capacities, as well as multiple cells suitable for residential systems, including 280Ah, 314Ah, and 392Ah options.

In commercial and large-scale energy storage, high-capacity cells such as Wending® 392Ah and Wending® 588Ah further enhance energy density. The Wending® 392Ah cell offers a 25% capacity increase compared to 314Ah, with a single-cell energy of 1.25kWh and an efficiency of up to 95% under 0.5P conditions. It supports full-scenario applications from residential to grid-level energy storage, promoting large-capacity and platform-standardized cells. The Wending® 588Ah cell delivers 1.88kWh per unit, leveraging Wending® technology for the shortest electron transfer paths and fastest ion transport, achieving high energy, safety, and cycle life, with over 10,000 cycles and a lifespan of 25–30 years, becoming a benchmark product in long-duration energy storage.

Additionally, the Powtrix® 3.0 energy storage system demonstrates comprehensive performance through innovative integration technology. By efficiently integrating 392Ah cells, the system increases installed energy to 6.26MWh in a standard 20-foot container, achieving 25% more energy, 25% higher areal energy density, 16% land savings, and 18% reduced on-site labor. The system boasts 95.5% efficiency, 2A active balancing, stable operation from -40℃ to 60℃, high seismic resistance, zero thermal diffusion, and convenient transport, providing a reliable and efficient complete solution for energy storage scenarios.

Passenger Vehicle Products

Comprehensive focus on ultra-fast charging, range extension, and solid-liquid hybrid technologies.

For passenger vehicles, REPT BATTERO showcased 120Ah ultra-fast charging cells, high-capacity ultra-fast charge hybrid packs, and solid-liquid hybrid high-nickel/manganese-based batteries.

The 120Ah ultra-fast charging cell, with wide temperature management from -40℃ to 70℃, supports 6C fast charging while balancing high energy and safety, meeting diverse commuting and long-distance travel needs.

The Wending® 54Ah cell is the most widely applied platform product in REPT BATTERO’s PHEV series. Its core competitiveness lies in comprehensive performance: high safety, long lifespan, and strong adaptability. This cell passed the national mandatory standard GB38031-2025 certification in May 2025, successfully withstanding thermal runaway, external fire, and impact tests—more than a year ahead of the standard’s implementation—entering a new stage of “zero combustion/explosion” safety. It also supports ultra-low temperatures down to -35℃, maintaining stable power output even at low SOC, offering broad application adaptability.

Leveraging the Wending® technology platform, REPT BATTERO implements a “dual-drive” strategy with manganese-based and high-nickel series, covering mainstream to high-end markets. Manganese-based cells target mainstream EV and PHEV models. The Wending® solid-liquid hybrid manganese-based cell emphasizes low-temperature performance and cycle stability, maintaining over 80% capacity retention at -40℃ and exceeding 4000 cycles, withstanding 8mm nail penetration and bottom impact tests without fire or explosion. High-nickel cells cater to premium long-range, smart electric vehicles. The Wending® solid-liquid hybrid high-nickel cell, using solid electrolyte coating and silicon-carbon anode materials, achieves higher energy density and superior safety, with energy density ranging from 280–400Wh/kg and zero thermal propagation in 170℃ thermal chamber tests, supporting high-end long-range vehicles and emerging applications.

Commercial Vehicle Products

Breakthroughs in ultra-fast charging, long lifespan, and megawatt-level fast charging.

REPT BATTERO’s commercial vehicle power series targets key operational pain points, offering comprehensive solutions for “ultra-fast charging, long lifespan, high integration, and extreme safety,” addressing efficiency and revenue challenges across different operating scenarios, covering buses, heavy trucks, mining trucks, and construction machinery.

The Chenxing 268Ah ultra-fast charging battery supports 4C fast charging, replenishing 240km of range in just 15 minutes, significantly improving operational efficiency.

The Chenxing 324Ah long-life battery is designed for high-intensity transport, extending battery pack lifespan to 10 years or 1.5 million kilometers, providing durable and reliable energy support for vehicles.

The F battery pack increases single-pack energy to 600kWh, enabling 1.5C megawatt-level fast charging, improving charging efficiency by 40%, achieving a breakthrough in “megawatt ultra-fast charging” for electric heavy trucks.
