This groundbreaking product features an innovative modular design that delivers a "5-minute ultra-fast battery swap" solution for specialized vehicles like pure electric heavy-duty trucks, complemented by a customized smart energy management system.

Modular Innovation Redefines Energy Solutions

The exhibition floor became a focal point as Gotion showcased a mobile energy replenishment platform model filled with what appeared to be building blocks – actually individual battery packs. This "building block battery swap" system allows flexible configuration of battery packs according to customer needs, combined with mobile platforms for on-site service, creating an innovative "energy finds vehicle" approach that dramatically improves charging efficiency for electric heavy-duty trucks.

Industry-Leading Performance

According to the project lead: "Each modular battery pack delivers an impressive 452kWh capacity. With forklift-assisted specialized handling equipment and dual smart services through a dedicated mini-program and monitoring platform, we've achieved '5-minute swaps for 24/7 operation.'" The solution boasts high capacity, lightweight design, and extended lifespan while requiring only one-quarter the construction cost of fixed battery swap stations.
