CALB Debuts 392Ah Energy Storage Cell and 6.25MWh Liquid Cooling Container at ESIE

From April 10-12, 2025, CALB showcased multiple groundbreaking energy storage technologies at ESIE 2025 (Energy Storage International Summit and Exhibition). At the event, CALB Vice President Wang Xiaoqiang officially announced the world's first mass production launch of 392Ah energy storage cells and their matching 6.25MWh liquid cooling container system. The exhibition also featured 314Gen2.0 ultra-long cycle cells and 640Ah high-capacity cells, demonstrating comprehensive high-reliability, high-safety, and high-performance energy storage solutions.

As battery experts, CALB has achieved material system and structural design innovations in the mass-produced 392Ah cells. Utilizing SEI film self-repair technology, these cells maintain the same lifespan as 314 models while increasing single-cell capacity by 25%, boosting energy efficiency to 95%, and remaining compatible with 314 production lines. The matching 6.25MWh liquid cooling container adopts a 2-in-1 high-voltage box design that reduces footprint by 14.9%. With IP67-grade PACK protection, it significantly lowers system-level electricity costs by 15% while maintaining high safety, providing an economical solution for large-scale energy storage applications.

The 314Gen 2.0 ultra-long cycle cells, now in mass production since April, achieve the "solar-storage co-lifespan" goal with breakthrough performance of over 15,000 cycles and "zero degradation" in the first 1,000 cycles (CIS+), becoming key technology for stable long-term operation of integrated renewable energy systems.

At the exhibition, CALB signed supply agreements for 392Ah cells and 6.25MWh liquid cooling container systems with multiple renowned domestic and international companies including China Energy Engineering Group Energy Storage, Xiamen Xiangyu, Xinyuan Zhichu, Goldwind Zero Carbon, and Yunda Energy, achieving immediate delivery upon mass production.
