BAK Battery Launches High-Power, Wide-Temperature Polymer Batteries at CIHF 2025

The 38th China International Hardware Fair (CIHF 2025) recently kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. BAK Battery made a remarkable appearance with its newly launched high-rate polymer batteries. These new products maintain high capacity while excelling in charge and discharge rates, cycle life, and wide-temperature performance, offering greater possibilities for smart home devices in terms of size, shape, and power output.

The newly introduced high-rate polymer battery cells include:

• G605276PH: Rated capacity of 3200mAh, internal resistance below 10mΩ, supports a maximum continuous discharge of 35A, with a cycle life of up to 500 cycles, and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C.
• G884669PH: Rated capacity of 4000mAh, internal resistance below 7.5mΩ, supports a maximum continuous discharge of 24A, with a cycle life of 500 cycles, and functions effectively between -20°C and 75°C.
• G643697PH: Rated capacity of 2906mAh, internal resistance below 7.5mΩ, supports a maximum continuous discharge of 30A, with a cycle life of 500 cycles, and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 75°C.

With their outstanding high-rate discharge performance, these three battery cells provide greater instantaneous power for smart cleaning devices such as robotic vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuum cleaners, and floor scrubbers, significantly enhancing cleaning efficiency. Additionally, the lightweight design of the new battery cells—some weighing as little as 46 grams—effectively reduces the overall weight of cleaning tools, minimizing user fatigue and making cleaning easier and more convenient.
