The Sunwoda 314Ah energy storage cell shares the same dimensions as the industry-standard 280Ah cell, while delivering a 12% increase in capacity within the same form factor. It achieves an energy density of 180 Wh/kg and a volumetric energy density of 395 Wh/L.

Product Features

  • Material Safety: The 314Ah cells use a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry with a thermal decomposition temperature exceeding 800°C. The cells have also passed the authoritative UL9540A certification. In the event of thermal runaway, hydrogen release is reduced by 34% compared to the previous generation, significantly below the industry average. Coupled with a nano-ceramic coated separator, it acts like a "bulletproof vest," preventing lithium dendrite growth and enhancing both the lifespan and safety of the cells.
  • Structural Safety: Sunwoda’s 314Ah cell features insulated top caps and reinforced casing, compatible with 1500V high-voltage systems. With creepage distance optimization, JR insulation safety design, and strong electrical safety measures that cut off the system’s TP path, the overall cell system safety is further improved.
  • Extended Lifespan: The full tab design reduces internal resistance, and combined with the lithium iron phosphate chemistry, the cells achieve over 12,000 cycles. Even with daily full charge and discharge, the system can operate stably for over 20 years.
  • Exceptional Performance: The Sunwoda 314Ah energy storage cell has an energy density exceeding 180Wh/kg and a volumetric energy density of 395Wh/L, far above the industry average. This means it can store more energy in the same volume, significantly reducing the footprint and cost of the energy storage system.
